This booklet "Questions & Ansvvers on the Individual Application to the Constitutional Court" is formulated in the form of questions vvith a view to make it more comprehensible and these questions are grouped under 10 headings for the ease of access to the questions:

Firstly, there are questions related to general remarks on the individual application (I). Then comes the questions related to scope of the Constitutional Court's jurisdiction in terms of ratione personae, ratione temporis, ratione Ioci and ratione materiae (II) and the questions introducing the units of the Court that examine the individual applications (III). The subsequent headings deal vvith questions related to formal (IV) and substantive (V) ments of the individual application and time limits for individual application (VI). The questions on the procedures for lodging an individual application to the Court (VII) and the procedures for the revievv of such applications by the Court (VIII) are follovved by the questions related to the judgments of the Court and the results of such judgments (IX).

The final chapter deals vvith questions on the relation between the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights in the context of individual application. Certainly, when compared to the previous editions, each and every chapter and question in this new booklet is updated and supplemented vvith the judgments and the practices of the Constitutional Court.
